This video was created for an assignment to build a self paced learning module. It introduces Tom and his boss Stan as we explore the issues that are about to destroy Tom's career. Everyday in organizations, training is selected as the solution to fix people just like Tom. This module explores how this type of intervention typically works and what we can do to help Tom gain control and master new skills. This self-paced learning module has many challenges related to good learning design which I will be correcting a little at a time and then posting on this blog.
